Mingaroa Farms New Season Jersey Beanie and Marilyn Potatoes are a true celebration of spring’s bounty. These small, round potatoes are carefully cultivated by Sally at Mingaroa Farms, a family-run operation renowned for its sustainable farming methods and commitment to quality.

There is just under 1 kg of spuds in a bag at the start of the season, and then as Sally progresses through the season, its about 1.5 kg. Remember these are dug by hand and selected for your bag :-)
