KiwiCoast Native Honey 250 gms

If you want a honey that captures the real spirit of New Zealand, look no further than KiwiCoast Native Honey. This jar is packed with the goodness of our native forests, blending nectar from a variety of native trees to create a honey that’s rich, complex, and oh-so-creamy.

It’s a NZ Outstanding Food Silver Award winner, and honestly, it’s a staple in my pantry for a reason.KiwiCoast Honey comes from the sunny town of Katikati (just a stone’s throw from your avos!), but their bees are busy across the Lower North Island—so yes, I’m calling it local. Mark and Sheree, the beekeeping duo and good mates of mine, are the heart and soul of KiwiCoast. For years, I’ve been buying their honey in 5kg buckets—it’s that good.

Here’s something important: by law, every honey jar in NZ needs a “Best Before” date, but honey is basically nature's original long-life food. It never really goes off! If it crystallises, just warm it gently and it’ll be good as new. So, if you see a date on the jar, don’t stress—your honey is still perfectly safe, tasty, and ready to enjoy.

Mark and Sheree are moving to bigger jars and buckets, which means I’ve managed to nab the last jars of each variety to offer you at a sweet price. This is an awesome chance to try award-winning honey that’s as authentic as it gets—creamed to perfection and straight from our native forests to your table.

Perfect for: Drizzling over yogurt, pairing with cheese, or just eating by the spoonful (no judgment here).
