Inside, they're the same quality, flavour, and nutrition you'd expect from fresh New Zealand free range eggs.

Who Are They Best For?

A Note on Poaching

Baker20 eggs are not recommended for poaching. The best poaching eggs come from young hens producing eggs with super-strong shells and very tight whites — which helps the egg hold its shape beautifully in the water. Baker20s, by nature of their shell characteristics, are better suited to cooking methods where presentation in the shell doesn't matter.

Best Before & Freshness

These eggs carry a 21-day Best Before date rather than our standard 35-day date, so they're best bought when you're ready to use them. For bakers and regular cooks, that's rarely an issue — they tend to disappear fast.
